Deliveroo - Pride

 

Brief

  • Collaborate with influencers to celebrate and honour Pride Month.

  • Create engaging and impactful content that supports and uplifts the LGBTQ+ community while promoting Deliveroo's commitment to inclusivity.

Idea

In social video, members of the LGBTQ+ community invited viewers round for a takeaway to chat about their coming out story and past home life.

Each influencer gave deeply moving stories with the aim of normalising the experience so any viewers going through similar know they’re not alone in their experience.

Insight

  • Stonewall say 1 in 5 LGBTQ+ people have experienced homelessness at some point in their lives.

  • According to akt, 77% of LGBTQ+ young people gave, 'family rejection, abuse or being asked to leave home' as a cause of their homelessness.
